Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, securing properties, lawn care, interior and exterior repairs, trash removal, recurring maintenance, rental turns, rent-ready preparations, light rehabs, and general property repairs.

Vendors will be expected to maintain vacant, foreclosed, and tenant-occupied residential properties on behalf of banks, asset management firms, and rental property managers. You must hold the appropriate licenses, carry valid insurance, and have a strong commitment to quality and professionalism.
